Liesl "Elle" Mann
Administrative Assistant
Liesl Mann graduated from Buffalo State College in Buffalo, New York with her
Bachelor in Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Marketing. She took a
novel route to her minor in Marketing by taking as many Psych courses as she
could fit into her curriculum. Psychology has always been a great interest to
her and she feels that starting Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in college changed
her life. Later, psychological testing did much the same by expanding her
experience and understanding of the world when she was diagnosed with ADHD at 29
years old. She has enjoyed learning more about herself and always wants to
continue learning.
In 2021, Liesl published a book of short stories and poetry (coined therapeutic
horror by her editor), and dabbles in indie film making. Always looking for a
new project, she likes to stay busy by volunteering, presenting at libraries on
finding catharsis in writing, editing film, and writing poetry for her next
book. She dreams of one day becoming a therapist herself and looks forward to
the journey of getting there.
Elizabeth "Libby" Ferris
Family Engagement Specialist and Administrative Assistant

Center on campus. She also ran the supply room for the Graduate Clinicians and
the Literacy Program for the department. Shortly after graduating, Libby joined
the Peace Corps and moved to Thailand.
Through her experience working with English teachers in rural Thailand, she
developed a love for the culture and people that took her in as family. Upon her
return, Libby ran a literacy program in a school for youth with various
diagnoses while running her own Virtual Assisting business, Libbinitup. Through
Libbinitup Virtual Assistance, Libby supported local business owners in building
their websites and establishing their social media presence. Outside of her
career, she started a family with her partner and now has three children who she
teaches the ways of community, family, and giving that she learned during her
